Frequently Asked Questions
Our season starts on 1st March and ends on the 15th January. Static Caravan owners are welcome to use their caravan at any time during that period.
Site fees are from £3,475.00 which includes winter storage and VAT. Other cost considerations include water, waste, local authority charges, metered electricity, bottled gas and caravan insurance.
Dogs are allowed on park providing that they are kept of a lead. We have very good dog walking facilities in the vicinity.
We do not operate an adult’s only policy and families are welcome to enjoy the park.
Sub-letting at Carmel is strictly prohibited.
Carmel is licenced as a holiday park, as such all caravan owners must provide proof that they own/rent a residential property at the time of purchase.
Caravans are permitted to remain on park for 20 years from new.
